Car passed its MOT recently but had an advisory that the front left shock is leaking.
It passed the suspension test no problem, but will probably fail next year.

Anyway, said car is up for sale. How much, realistically, would you expect off knowing that the front shock is leaking?
Or should I replace it before I sell it? (doubt I'd get the money back IMHO as I'd replace both)

How much would it cost to replace? Will be a bit of a off putter to the average punter who just wants a fun cheap to buy BMW.

£8-9k?

Sorry thought you had a Z3? I would definitely get it replaced if the car is worth that much.

Didn't know you lived in Denmark, thought you was one of the Gibraltar lot.

Will it cost more than £200 to sort? Just put it up and see if it goes, if it doesn't, fix it and try again.

Edit: what you wanting next then? :)

Depends if it's leaking or misting, misting is fairly common and no big deal.
The tester showed me up on the ramps. It's oily up in that corner. Make of that what you will.

Yeah just moved here. Next car will be something crap as cars are obscenely expensive here. The only reason I'm selling it is because I refuse to pay £14000 to import it.
