Leaking / greasy substance from PSU?

Needless to say my PC won't start, I suspected it was the PSU and looking inside there is a liquidy substance that has run along the CPU heatsink, top to bottom. The PSU is right above and the fan cover is very greasy. Time for a new PSU?

Haha. Any suggestions for another cheapish 600w psu? I'm thinking the Corsair CX or OCZ ModXStream 600w. Leaning towards the OCZ despite the urine puddle I've just had to clean up.
