Need to learn to cook myself, I know next to nothing, and the idea of freash ingrediants really appeals to me. Once I move out from my mums i'll need to, and my mum isn't exactly a good cook either.

I just started helping my girlfriends mum when she was cooking, then got a few recipe books and made what I liked in there.
