Learning to OC

Hi , think i have come to the right place
basically i would like to learn how to OC my rig i play a lot of BF which it runs fine but as usual a little more is always helpful.
Spec,s
Coolermaster Storm scout .
MB Asus M5A97
CPU AMD FX 4100 black edition 3.6 + coolermaster hyper 212
RAM 8 gig corsair Vengence
GPU Sapphire HD 7850 2gig OC edition
PSU Corsair HX 650
HD , ocz 120 gig agility SSD + 1tb Samsung spinpoint

Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction where to start

i have now got a nice steady 4340mhz at 51c .
not a massive overclock but am leaving it there for a while to see how it runs
