Well, do you prefer leather? or do you prefer fabric/synthetic?
What a coincidence - I just had a refurbed Humanscale Freedom (Fabric) delivered and sat down for the first time on it to see this post!
Can't speak as to the differences on this particular chair having never tried a leather one - but I opted for fabric (the cost difference being irrelevant) for maximum breathability, as from previous experiences I found leather got a bit unpleasant after long sessions in hot weather. YMMV though.
