It's usually the other way around... people are supposed to get you something... maybe a card if you are leaving... but that tends to be for longer than 3 months. If you were a manager or someone in charge of the team? Then I'd get them something to say thank you.

Last time I left a place they got me a decent bottle of wine as a leaving present. Two and a half weeks later I was back with a new contract

I'm still working there now

BTW, I wouldn't get booze I'd get a load of cream cakes or doughnuts as said above.
