LED not working on Xonar D2X

Guys just installed the Xonar D2X and am just about to do a fresh install of windows so am sat with the BIOS on my screen. I have looked at the rear of the soundcard and the White LED (Center & Subwoofer) is not lit. All the other LED's are though.

Any ideas or is it an RMA
 
I am so bloomin annoyed, another thing when I received the soundcard I removed it from its box and it appeared second hand, it had smudge marks all over it and some dirty marks.

is that the only thing not working? im not sure id even bother sending mine back for one faulty led lol.. its not like I spend any time at all looking at the back of the case lol.

I hear what you are saying but I dont fancy installing windows just to find that it isnt just the LED busted but the connector/port is broken.
Oh and the fact the card is so expensive they damn well should work!
 
Might be worth installing, then see if it works in Windows.

Could just be it doesn't work during setup, who knows?
 
I'd send it back personally, from what I gather they're supposed to be lit all the time, plus you're not happy with the condition of it. Get it changed, you'll feel better about it afterwards.
 
Managed to get another card and I can confirm all the LED's should be lit. This one seems to be working fine.
