Aye, the amount of melee and lack of smoker participation was getting a bit frustrating because everyone knows the tricks now.
For example, if someone is in mid pounce that's going to cause 25 damage; it was a bit unfair when the survivor looks up and just melee at the time you land so you get stunned and then killed.
I think if a body was travelling down from that height with that speed/weight you wouldn't just be able to "shoulder barge" them off you

Perhaps they have made the hunter pounce un-meleeable?
(I.E - If its good enough to cause pounce damage, which sometimes they always aren't, it can't be melee'd. That would be good).

* Fixed Survivors being able to climb surfaces marked for versus infected only (Good)
* Fixed a class of SurvivorBot bugs dealing with rescuing downed players (Good, damn bots couldn't rescue jack **** before!)

Versus Changes
* Added HUD elements to show status of other infected players (Plugin but nice for everyone now)
* Changed color of infected player name in chat to red (Good)
* Fixed exploit where players could spawn infected bots (Superb, no more random VS morons exploiting)
* Fixed instance where a Survivor changing to the infected team would be attacked by infected bots (Never happened but good)
* Normalized special infected melee damage (Sucks a bit, if you can get in a melee amongst survivor melee/attack it deserves to do reasonable damage imo)
* Made the following client commands cheat protected: "Kill" and "explode" (Good for lamers who join and kill and leave)
* Fixed exploit where infected players could run away and teleport back to gain health (Bad, used this a lot

)
* Players can only change teams once per map (Good as long as the team switching thing is properly fixed)
* Players can't change teams while other players are still loading (Good, saves switching teams unfairly)
* Tank spawns at the same % through the map for both teams in versus mode (Good, although perhaps not so for 2nd Infected team)
* Made the Tank and Witch spawn directly on the escape route (Good, you HAVE to deal with it)
* Increased chance of getting the Tank or Witch (Excellent, no tanks/witches = boring)
* Fixed team swap issue (Thank christ for that)
Hunter
* Easier to pounce a Survivor who is meleeing (Good, was getting a bit frustrating, especially against script kiddies)
* Increased Minimum damage a Hunter pounce does (Nice!)
Smoker
* Fixed Smoker tongue tolerance (Good)
* Smoker now has to be killed or the tongue destroyed for the tongue to break (Good, could have made a "retract tounge" option tho)
* Survivors cannot bash someone off the tongue until the Survivor being pulled is paralyzed or hanging (Good, saves instant breaks)
* Tongue attacks that fail to paralyze or hang a Survivor will use the shorter ability delay timer (Instead of 10/15sec wait!! Good!)
* Fixed cases where the ability timer was not using the correct time (More attacks)
* Fixed case where you could point at a Survivor but not register a tongue hit (That got on my nerves, good!)
* Fixed Smoker tongue not targeting and landing properly through PZ ghosts (Never seen it before)
* Smoker tongue does damage every second while dragging paralyzed Survivors (Awesome)
Tank
* Bashable objects now appear with a red glow (Easy mode for newbs

)
* Tanks hitting a car with an alarm disables the alarm permanently (Good that was a bit much to bare)
* Tank frustration timer is only reset by hitting Survivors with rocks or fists (So cars/logs won't give the tank infinate time, good!)
* Reduced autoshotgun damage against Tanks (Very good, too overpowered)
Witch
* Witch spawns at the same % through the map for both teams (Nice)
* Avoids spawning within a certain % of the tank (Also good but would be fun to have both at once from time to time

)
* Fixed an exploit where the Witch could be woken up and tricked into attacking Survivors (Ahh, used this chestsnut many times, good that it has gone thoug)
I've added in personal comments in afterwards just to give a little thought on each. In general it seems they have made the game harder for survivors which was needed as most people know the little tips/tactics/exploits that was making it a bit too easy for a well experienced team.
