Left handed throttle and joystick (Simulators)

Anhyone aware of a decent, yet affordable left-handed throttle and joystick?

My mate is a leftie and is crying because he can't fly the blackshark properly

Can be used left or right handed.

That looks decent enough and it seems the throttle and stick are easily parted from each other.

Yeh we like the X-52 as it's good quality. The issue is that the throttle buttons are on the wrong side for a leftie.

There doesn't appear to be anything on the market for lefties. However, Papa is right, they don't make left handed choppers

Your not following, he is left handed. He wants the joystick in his left hand and the throttle in the right. Having the throttle in the right hand means he cannot use the buttons easily as they will be on the wrong side. Also the X-52 throttle is shaped wrongly for a leftie.
