Put it in the Fridge then into the Freezer for a couple of days and take it out of the Freezer to Defrost and that will make your Meat return to Room Temprature
Pleasantly surprised to read through this thread and see no one offering variations on reasons to take it all back for a spurious refund, there is hope for humanity yet. Also, my first thought was to concoct a spurious reason for a refund, but couldn't immediately think of a plausible one for room temp meat.
