Leftover Dominos

Shove it in the fridge when you're done with it, microwave the next day for breakfast. If it's been longer than 24 hours then you need to consider how desperate you are as to whether you still eat it.

Pick it up from where I left it the night before and chow down, it's optional to smother it in some random sauce from the cupboard.

I always bin any leftover pizza the same night and am disgusted at the thought of re-heating / cold pizza the next day.

Is it really good to eat the next day? (genuine question!)

generally only have Dominos at work, usually eat half and have the other half the day after. Usually left under my desk on top of my computer, in its box. I do try and keep some of the garlic dip!

Not Dominos, but in my house we always have to leave several slices of pizza from our local proper Italian takeaway as it is absolutely lush when it's been left over night (not in the fridge; we just keep it in the box and leave it on the kitchen worktop). It's glorious, all that garlic puree squidging out along with the proper tomato and salami. And the crusts are still as crunchy as ever, absolute bliss.

Now I want an Enzo's tonight :(

I put leftover slices onto a non-stick crisp tray and then cling film over all of it at once and put it in the fridge overnight.

Next morning, I put the tray in the microwave (after removing the cling film of course) on the "crisp" setting which is a mixture of grill and microwave. Microwaving on it's own makes it a bit too mushy/floppy and grilling on it's own makes the crust go too hard.

Fridge overnight, then put the remaining slices in the halogen oven on 175* for 5-10 minutes. Just as nice as the day before!

Nuking it is just wrong.

Yes

If the above doesn't give you the confidence to try it, you can send me the left over slices. I'll trust you my address.

Let it cool in the box but don't put in the fridge. You want to let all the flavours and oil soak in.

Next day put the oven up to the hottest it will go and slap it in for 10 minutes. It will taste better and be more crispy tha nthe night before.

I stick it in the fridge overnight and then when I want to eat it, I wrap it up in foil and stick it in the oven for 15-20 mins. Nice and hot and crispy :)

What do you do?

Leave it out to cool? fridge?

Hot? cold?

Microwave? Oven

The possibilities are endless.

Worst thread ever?

I stick what's left inside the fridge box and all and just grab slices as I get hungry.

some of them taste better than others cold though
I usually go for chicken feast

if you reheat in the oven you need to stick it on around 140c so it doesn't go hard and crusty

Left over Donminos... HAHAHAHA

That's a good one.

True!! Who cant eat a Large stuffed crust, garlic pizza bread and strippers...?? lol

I put the slices (of my GF's pizza) (not touching) on top of 2 sheets of kitchen roll then onto a plate and microwave it... checking every 30 seconds to assess temperate and moisture levels haha... If it doesnt go on kitchen roll the base seems to go soggy....

also garlic and herb dip in the fridge... much better cold
