Legality of selling BF3 beta keys...

Anyone know the legal issues of selling your BF3 early access beta key? I've seen a few up on ebay, going from £15-£35 and selling quite quickly, surely this isn't allowed?

I tried selling my Eve account on the bay I while ago, was shut down in minutes yet they're letting these sales go on unrestricted, seems like a double standard to me

Report them and see how far you get if you feel like you're getting 'double standards'. I'd have thought it's only a problem if it breaks the EULA.

That said, anyone that spends money to get an early access key must have fallen from the special tree. £15-£35 for an extra two days...?
