Legend of Mir 3

Damn thought i was the only one, my name was Niels back in the day, used to spend a lot of time on the forums talking to people and as such never really got to the higher levels, but i must have known half the Dragon server :D

Ah yeah remember you all. Remember Khalmander the mage? ;)

Also remember Gambit, he was way up there on the levels.

And do you remember the Sabuk wall gold gen fiasco, where someone called Gandalfthemagex made a push for sabuk on the forums and rallied big support to push Apex (i think) out, and he succeeded, because he knew that if you deposited a negative number into the bank (-1000000 etc) there it actually GAVE it to you instead.

Let the fun and rollbacks commence.

lol so many old players on here, we had huge wars with on the dragon server. Was only talking about this the other day to some of my mates who used to play.

Oooh what was this?

I'm in the mood for talking about the Mir days and sharing stories now :D

Funny enough I was in their guild at the time (mcc49 warrior lvl 3X ish) Basically they got access to one of the GM's account and was chain spawning bosses (Evil Centipede?) in a secret location. Obviously our guild became extremely powerful with the items and spells books being dished out between the core members. I did have my doubt when those guys suddenly ran around with +4/5 luck Dragon Slayers overnight and half moon books were being handed out left right and center :p . Only a few people knew the full story behind it so keep it secret ok ;)

Played LOM3 a while back in beta and it was ok, got a warrior to 26 and wizard to 40 but quit for the same reason, too grindy grindy.

What class does everyone plan on being?

The new Assassin class is in but I think I'll probably be a Wiz as I've never really played one before.

Warrior, and will call myself TubzTheGreat

Hate that name, but hopefully if any old players are there, they might remember me :)

I remember playing a bit of Mir at my cousins a few years back, can't remember if it was 2 or 3, he was some stupidly high level and got really addicted (Tony123 was his in game name) tried to get into it myself but never could.

Halfmoon books weren't rare at all when Slayers were around. I think you're confusing your spells! :p

I definitely remember that name. I only played Mir3 euro till around level 33 and never really played Mir2 but the name rings a bell. I was more a soma player myself.
