I'm closer to 25 and I bought Cafe Corner and Market Street last year. The two most amazing sets I have ever bought.
I'm currently saving up to buy Green Grocer, which is supposed to be even more amazing. More parts than Cafe Corner and it has an interior!

All my brother's but we both built them and I keep them in my room. 
Girlfriend deosn't mindl; she likes Legos too. Bro's got another green truck/crane Technic and 2 of the action figures with flying discs. I used to have a lot of the normal city ones. Ah, the stories I dreamnt up...I have also of late started buying the cool Christmas advent calendar ones.

I want to get this kit and then add a wireless camera to it and then go roaming about the house. Ive also seen some really nice tanks made from the guts of this kit.
