I'm a bit rusty on laptop spec and pricing (last laptop I bought was a Celeron 400Mhz with a stonking 6.4Gb HD!). Is this a good deal:

Lenovo Edge 15
Intel Core i5-460M Processor (2.53GHz, 3MB L3)
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64
15.6" HD AntiGlare, Midnight Black Glossy
Mobile Intel 5 Series Discrete GFX Chipset with 512MB ATI Radeon Mobility HD 5145 Graphics
4 GB PC3-8500 DDR3 SDRAM 1067MHz SODIMM Memory (2 DIMM)
UltraNav without fingerprint reader
320 GB Hard Disk Drive, 5400rpm
DVD Recordable 8x Max Dual Layer
6 cell 2.2Ah Li-Ion Battery
Bluetooth w/ antenna
Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1000 (1X2 BGN)
No WWAN support
0301: 1Year Depot Warranty

Price: £477 (plus I think you can still get £100 cashback if you buy before 30/11)

Is there anything else I should look at for a similar price point?

Thanks.

Any chance you could let me know where your getting that from and where yu get the £100 discount from?

I found the deal here.

Are you sure you can get the £100 cashback too? If you are certain then I will order tonight. I couldnt see the product number on the cashback site...

Looks like I might be wrong about the £100 cashback. It isn't listed on the site but according to comments on the site you listed above (not sure if forum rules allow you to post those links though), you can get 6% quidco. That makes an i5 Thinkpad Edge less than £450. Still a good deal? Or are the Edge models not as good as the rest of the range?

Just tried to order one and the codes didn't work for me. Think the offer must have expired.

Edit: I lied, it does work, must have entered it wrong.
