** Leopard is here! ** Ships 26th October! **

Same, I think there's as good chance of it coming tomorrow though :)
I know 100% mine is coming tomorrow..

The tracking page (working now) says it was shipped 25th, and is in the Swansea depot.

I am thinking of doing a sneaky call to TNT;
"I won't be in tomorrow, is it ok if I collect from the depot tonight?" ;)

Oh naughty naughty Apple have been lying to me.

Said they expected it to ship tomorrow (was shipped today) and that it should be here for 29th-30th but I just checked the courier's site and it's expected delivery is tomorrow.

I'm not getting my hopes up though - TNT are the worst courier I've ever had - twice. (MBP and my Apple Keyboard)

seems that people whi upgraded for £6 are getting the raw deal

To be honest, the people who have paid £52-85 for the CD's should have priority over those getting them for £6. I know hardware at far more expensive costs were purchased, but in terms of the cds.

I'm one of the people who has bought Leopard for a good bit more than £6, but even if I hadn't you would have a hard time arguing against the above.

I would be surprised if they were given that much of a raw deal though.

I could have waited and got the proper restore disks with my MBP for free.

Doesn't matter how much we paid. They should treat us all the same especially when I just spent £1600 with them.

Mines not been dispatched tho :(

I will be backing up tonight, just a couple of dvds should do it. The zero out isn't necessary, an erase and install will give a clean OS. I do, out of habit from my Windows days, zero out the hard drive before any install; should only take around an hour on a 160gig drive. :)

Hmmmm

Do you think I will *need* to do this? This iMac is just two months old, and all my Music/TV Shows etc are on an external hard drive.

The only things on this are photo's and iweb/imovie stuff?

*Gets excited*

:D
