Leopard - Release Date?

No idea, we asked at mac expo and he said even the guys who work for apple hardly know the exact date stuff are out lol, but the beta aint on the ADC so untill its on there im not getting my hopes up

10.5 has been available for ages in various builds, it's only news because it's a new build for us non-Apple people to play with.

The release notes don't say they've fixed the wireless on the new MBPs, but it's no longer listed in the known issues list so here's hoping! :) I'll be surprised if it's out in January though, there are still quite a few problems.

To be honest there's not a massive amount new. As it says above, they are more common than Windows releases so they don't generally add a massive amount each time.

excuse the ignorance , i have a acer laptop which is going on ebay coz windows is rubbish , for so many reasons , the macbook in your sig states 256 ram , is this like on the acer a bios option where you can alter the allocated memory on bootup 64,128,256 of system memory , and is this the same for all intel gms 950

His signature mentions an iMac... the VRAM is referring to the amount of video RAM it has... in other words, a 256MB Graphics Card :)
 
I used to be in the "Mac OS upgrades are just service packs that you pay for" camp. But the difference between 10.2 and 10.4 is like night and day compared to XP and XP Service Pack 2.

i understand that but macbook does not have a dedicated graphics card ,or can you buy as a option upgrade coz i cant see it on there site

Not on the macbook, only the pro has dedicated graphics.
