Random note, was out getting some rays when something blotted out the sun for a second, looked up and a large bird swooping around over the houses - never seen one so big, looked like a eagle! lol think it was a Kite though? bird kite not kite kite... if you get me!

Very big!

Tried to photo it with the iPhone but it looked tiny in comparison to what it really looked like

I am hot, and hot in a good way

Don't mind it when I am away, as I can jump in to a pool or the sea, but having to work and do your normal life in this heat is horrid, not so bad if your sunbathing and have a beer in the hand and a BBQ on the go.

I got massive amount of thunder in SE London here, like every 20 seconds acompanied by thunder soon after (cba to work out the distance

). Kinda hope it rains though as we've had none for like 4 weeks now.

I think that same system is here now in West London, living room keeps lighting up with flashes and thunder soon after!

We have some quiet rumbles of thunder here and the occasinal flash of lightning (been about 3 or 4 so far), nothing major.

If we're really unlucky this could be it for summer and the reminder could all be wet and miserable.
