Lets remember the game "Moonwalker"

I played the arcade one to death when I was on holiday in France at the age of probably 7 or 8. If you ever see a cabinet in an arcade anywhere, flip the power off at the back and flip it back on again a couple of times over and you tend to get 4-6 free credits ;)

Ugh, I actually saw this thread before finding out MJ had died :/

Anyway, Moonwalker sucked, at least the home versions did. See the AVGN review :p

I saw this thread before I find out he's dead.

I too think the arcade version is brilliant. Hours of good fun and I can't get enought of dancing the enemies to death. I didn't know the trick about swithing it on and off to get free credits. Damn could have saved some money back then with my cousin.

lol, I actually liked the Megadrive version! Do have the hope that now he's popped his clogs, the game comes out on Live Arcade. :D

Bwahaha, "Genesis does what Nintendon't"

I used to pump in tons of 20p credits for the arcade game when I was like 6-8 years old. Awesome classic, if not very hard at the time, but then obviously I was a little kid. I loved transforming into the robot like from the film and using the special move to dance the hell out of enemies to beat them.

One of my earliest of Michael Jackson, I went to Blackpool on hoilday and stayed in the Queens hotel and they had this in the games room and I hammered it for 7 days must have put £10 in the week, it was either pool or Moonwalker, I loved it and after that I was a fan of MJ ever since, rented Moonwalker on VHS from the local video shop when I got back and the rest is history.
