Lets share sleep graphs

Pretty cool little app, tried it this morning/last night and I felt proper perky despite being up 15 mins earlier than normal. Weird :)

Very interesting app, I'm going to keep using it for a while and see how it does, see if I feel any better in the morning. I think I woke up feeling quite perky today. Might be coincidence, the app might be bang on the money.

Thing is I don't sleep alone, and when I tested it, I could set off the beeper from my girlfriend's side of the bed too, so I dunno... is that graph for both of us? I suppose it must be. Either way, it was quite a nice 'wake up' today, didn't feel as grotty as usual, so I'll keep it going and work out whether the app did it or whether it just happened.

Mine was rubbish this morning, but I had a terrible night's sleep because of things on my mind, so I won't be put off.

Graph was showing me as clinically dead almost when I woke up, right up and down through the night.

I did wonder at first but it's only at the very end of the night, I think I may have slipped into a coma briefly :D

edit: Just had a look, seems I was up and down through the night, and out cold briefly at 5am and 7am :/

Had my first morning of being woken naturally, had set alarm for 7.10 and it wont me at 6.50, had nothing to do, so put my other alarm on for half 7 and went back to sleep :P

That totally defeats the purpose. Mine sounded twenty minutes ahead of the scheduled wake-up time today and I got straight up, fresh as a daisy. I have no doubt that if I'd rolled over and gone back to sleep that I'd have woken up again in the middle of deep sleep and felt like crap.

It's why the application doesn't have a snooze button.

I know that, but i didnt want to get up, didnt actually go back to sleep, just sat with my eyes shut till my second alarm went off.

Here's my first time usage graph from last night.

The alarm went off 15 minutes earlier than my usual alarm. Felt like crap but as it need to calibrate I'm going to give it until Sunday before I comment on how it's going.

Obviously it doesn't work until the third night of sleeping, because the first two nights are spent in calibration mode, so it's going to wake you up at the time you've set it too, no matter what state of sleep your in.

Mine has been going for a week now, i'll try get some data up later, i've felt quite tired still even when it's woken me up when it thought I should have been, the instance my eyes open I feel awake and then feel like I could fall back to sleep straight away.
