Afraid not, I'm a landlord and find them useless as well. They are just salesmen like any other, there is little or no after-sale service.

There are only 2 letting companies in the area my property is in and i'm just in the process of switching from one to the other, hope this one is better. If I had the time and a trustworthy tenant I would rather just cut out the letting agent altogether. I could let the tenant have it cheaper and i'd still make more then.

Never knew this place existed in WInchy. I didn't have time to go check it out today but I might walk up to it during lunchtime tomorrow. Looks expensive but amazing to live in.

Being an ex army establishment, you will of course be awakened by the bugler sounding reveille at 5:30 a.m. every day
