Letting one application through the Windows 10 firewall?

I have turned on the Windows 10 firewall so that it blocks all applications by default trying to access my computer from outside, but I want to let one application only through the firewall. So basically I want to continue blocking everything except for Reflector 3 which I want to allow through the firewall from my Android phone.

How do I only allow a single application through the Windows 10 firewall while blocking everything else by default? On Linux, it would be easy, but I'm not sure with Windows 10.

I have Windows 10 Pro x64 installed with all updates installed.

Open Windows defender from your running apps in the bottom right of your screen, select firewall & network protection, select allow an app through the firewall, then select change settings button and choose the app you want to allow through in the list, if the app you want to allow isn't already in the list, then choose "allow another app" at the bottom to browse for it.

Awesome! Thank you so much.

I can now stream my Android phone to my computer and record what is shown on it.
