You’re getting it slightly confused. That 1000Hz reference is the “equivalent motion clarity” when using ULMB, which they calculate as 4x the refresh rate480Hz

Tbh I think the extra clarity that oled brings def helps with this, as 1080p on a normal 32" lcd is pretty ******* bad!!Optimum Tech's review mentioned that 1080p at 32" isn't awful if you've got the space to move the screen back a decent amount
