Thanks, I’ll go with some 10nf 2kv and also 100nf 1kv in case I also need to replace the CX capacitors in this case I supposeIt looks like there is an ebay seller that has ceramic capacitors pretty cheap https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/355787649567
I would try to replace C601 and C602 with 10nF 1kV or 2kV and CX101 to CX104 with 3 or 4 times 100nF 1kV in parallel, making 300-400nF for each one.
I guess that should be enough and is cheap. Note that I only replace C601 and 602 on my unit 1.5 years ago, as the information on the others was unknown at that time.
