Hello gentlefolk, have just purchased this thing yesterday. Spent all day setting it up. I am not a professional reviewer but, so far not overly impressed as yet. I have come up against a problem which i have spent a lot of today on. The unit works okay but cold booting no signal or no live channels. After re-tuning it works surely this is not normal any ideas. Nothing on google and LG are hibernating, thanking you in advance, regards

Don't use live tv on my c7 but GF mentioned that she has to retune channels after turning tv off at the power on her lg tv. Not had a chance to look at it yet.
Sounds like a bug I guess. Or perhaps you need a usb hd for it to save those particular settings.

Looks like you have to disable "auto-channel update".

Thank you so much, finally got through to someone at LG who very good, he stated as washout said. Will have to wait until tomorrow but fingers crossed, thank you so much for your replies Regards

So sorry did not see this until now, the answer is no i am not, had a shed load of problems with it. Hopefully going back monday. regards
