LG Viewty Camera vs N95

well the pics been resized, theres possibility there was normal compression loss when saving.. and by default IE dont show the full quality of pics in the browser..

cant use your pics to judge afaik

most of us wouldnt be using IE, so i dont think that really makes much difference lol. Im also assuming the same program using the same setting was used to resize and save the photos.....

They both look crap to me. If they are representative examples of what phone cameras or capable of these days then I'm not going to bother considering the camera when I choose my next phone.

I don't see compression artefacts in these pics, just poor pics with lousy focus. My IE displays pics from the Photography & Video forum here just fine.

Better examples for n95

I'll show you a few better examples from my n95.

Cheers for that Bounc3. They seem perfectly adequate for what I'd use a phone camera for.

The camera is back on the agenda when I choose my next phone.

I think as long as there is enough light then phone cameras take decent pics.

The low light shots seem to be pretty crap cause the iso is not high enough.

I'll take some darkness photos tonight, when its...yknow...dark.
Its always been fine in the dark for me, as long as it can get a focus point.
Pretty damn good for concert photos :)

One i took with me n95 at anfield.

I replaced my k800i with an N95 8gb a few weeks ago and the picture quality of the k800i is a lot better than the N95
