I noticed that when installed a CPU in one of these X58 LGA 1366 mobo, that when you put down the metal bracket above the CPU, that part of it holds against the CPU, and I had to give a lot of force on the metal lever to get it back under the latch. So much so that it is actualy curved under the strain. Is this normal on these sockets? It booted up ok afterwards.
