Liam Gallagher

It's not a song I would want to listen too again, it's not bad but it's kind of boring.

I also didn't like the fact he chose to promote new material at a gig for victims of a terrorist attack and have a dig at Noel, who was on a family holiday.

There's a time and place for this rubbish and that wasn't it.

Always thought oasis were a bunch of arrogant, overrated plagiarists.

Liam and Noel's solo careers just sound like oasis to me, so no need to change my opinion.

The concert was about a bit more than that, it was a show of standing together and not letting them win and I think it achieved that.

along with lots of patting themselves on the back and plenty of publicity for the likes of Liam

on the other hand donating royalties and not making a big show of it is much more of a lasting contribution to the actual families and surviving victims

How can you donate royalties and not make a big show? Surely the 2 go hand in hand as a 20 odd year old song wouldn't bring to much in without some form of promotion for the cause.

entirely separate things - the song rose in the charts, Noel did no promotion.... Noel decided to donate royalties and didn't make a big show of it

Even his backing singers look embarrassed...

A few highlights from their chat:

On stagefright: "People who get scared should go and work in a post office."

On the perfect length for a show: "Rock and roll gigs should be about an hour, and hour and a half at the max."

On why he probably won't return to Glastonbury (and Beady Eye's problems): "I wouldn't come again. Done Oasis, done Beady Eye - and that didn't really connect... it has to move people. In hindsight, we [he and his Beady Eye bandmates] probably should have had a break after Oasis."

On why he hasn't spoken to Noel lately: "I haven't got his number."

What disguise would he wear to mingle with Glastonbury festival-goers: "[I'd dress as] a nun. But I'd still get collared. I've got the walk, you know? I'd probably go rob Michael Eavis's house... I'd get in there and nick his expensive cutlery."

How has his weekend gone so far? "I watched Dizzee Rascal from me room. And then I watched Love Island. I've had four years of doing nothing, and I've got to do something, so I've gone to the dark side – and Love Island it is."

Yep he's done now, certain songs at certain times he sounds alright but he's never going to have the power or keep the tempo like <1997

LMAO... In the after show interview with Jo, Laim said his main worry is his voice going, well that boat has well and truly sailed pal, not that there was much in the first place, unless you consider that awful nasal whine a voice

.... He needs to be worried about those few remaining brain cells giving up the ghost more than his stupid voice.

What an utterly creepy, inarticulate twit this man-child is...

He genuinely used to think (in it's loosest term) he was the new Lennon... I'm not exactly a John Lennon fan, but for this moron to dare to compare himself just reinforces his arrogance and stupidity.

Agree, But I was referring to the Foo fighters making me wee a little :p

So odd that he has convinced himself that Oasis' success was down to him and not his brother who wrote everything.

Its bordering on Tragic....

By all means play all your own stuff...But don't rely on a back catalogue written by someone else.

He can't even sing anymore....

Just comes across as desperate TBH....

Oh come on, he wants people talking about him so that he sells records. It's always been the same with LG.

Just watched a few minutes from his performance and he sounds better than he has done for years and the reviews of his performance seem to be very positive.

Will watch the whole set tomorrow.
