What it is, I got that case today and starting buildibg it there was 2 cables that where tied up on the right side of the case, so I pluged them into my motherboard. I have 2 fans sitting at the bottom of the case. Only 1 is working, the one on the left fan is not working, also I find the noise of the case is very loud. Have I missed any other cables to plug into my motherboard do you think

Did you not read the manual?

Not sure why you are having issues it's fairly simple you have front header connector for power/audio/usb/usbc cables and the fans go into the hub which is mounted at top (this requires the a sata cable to be plugged in and pwm header)

fan noise I expect is because you need to change the speed settings in bios or software.

Thanks for the reply the 4 pin is connected to the motherboard along with the 3 pin. The sata cable is connected to give power to the top of the case. I have a gut feeling put the power cable in the resess at the bottom of the case, i might have touched the INCL fan cable. I will have a look at this later on today. As for the noise, i went into the BIOS and changed it from normal to quiet.

Good news and bad news. All fans running, found out a cable which connects ti the top of case must have conw iff during transit. So i connected it to the top, and all fans are now running. That was the good, now the bad news. Started the computer then Microsoft said due to Hardware changes I needed a new licences. All I did was to upgrade my CPU to a Ryzen 7 to7800X3D, and that cost me £130. Now im sick as a pig. Because your dealing with a computer I could not argue with them.
