Sounds like you had fun with radiators too. I initially thought about soldering my damaged rad but I'm concerned by the potential for galvanic corrosion as I am only using deionized water in my loop. What are you using for coolant?
 
i use purified water i get from local chemist with some PT Nuke added to it
so far my coolant is still nice and clear and cant see any residue forming at the bottom of the res
 
In the end I decided to use Leak-Fix from Plastic Padding. The fix survived the pressure I can exert from my lungs, but I'll be trying a compressor tonight....
