If you wanted to hide the rad fins, what about just trying to cover it with some of that black fine air filter mesh, it might be enough to hide the brownish bits if it bothers you. Although I don't know where you'd buy that. Fixing it on neatly might be a challenge also, you'd maybe need a frame to match the existing holes.

Not a bad shout, but it would restrict air flow more than a grill and collect dust!! I don't normally use filters, because of the restriction.

Thanks chaps, my mrs and daughter actually thought it was milk, I told em it was and that certain cuts had to be made when you only have a budget of £600

Watercoling with milk, hmmm.
What if it gets a few days old and heat will turn it into cheese?
Then you will have a cheese cooling, instead of milk cooling.
Also the pressure trying to push the cheese through pipes would start pushing out some gases which are made in the process.
A FARTING PC!!!!!

Nice very smart, the only thing l'll beat you at is my Res alone takes nearly 3ltr's using a Zalman Reserator Tower as a reservoir.
