There's a few models :
- Lian Li EX-23 - 2 bay, 3 disks, 'slotted' facia (older)
- Lian Li EX-33 - 3 bay, 3 disks, 'holes' facia (newer) designed for the A16/V1000 cases, etc.
- Lian Li EX-343 - same as EX-33 but with no logo (rare)
- Lian Li EX-34 same as EX-23, but 3 bay
I bought a EX-33 to go with the one which came with my A16 case, sadly from a competitor as OcUK didn't have them on the site when I ordered them - and yes, the price on the OcUK site for the EX-23 looks too cheap to be true, they usually retail for £15-20 - worth an email to verify the price and/or the exact part, methinks.
The cooling performance is incredible, cooling my 4 15k SCSI HD's cool to the touch - but at a price, the noise. I run the 12V fan's in mine at 5V to keep the noise down, and the HD's are still barely warm, 7V is bareable but still too loud for my liking. The rubber washers which the HD screws sit on work brilliantly, idle noise and seek vibration is practically zero.
They come with a air filter which sits between the fan and the front grille, too.
