My order was 3x SL120 fans and a triple pack with controller in black made on the 29th. I think they are just taking a while to go through all the pre-orders, hopfully you will get your email later tonight or early tomorrow.
 
Stock is still being booked in and we will get them shipped as quick as we can. Sorry for the delays but we can’t add anymore staff to help in our warehouse.

Hi mate, does this include the delayed order of the XL cases? I ordered in Nov but I think the Dec shipment never arrived, or something. Cheers.
 
I don't look after the cases but I have been trying to check them for you. I can see that the purchaser has got the following ETA's on the system.

OLL XL - Silver - 45 Units (14th Jan) 50 Units (18th Jan) 40 Units (25th Jan) Current Pre-Orders 15 Units
OLL XL - Black - 100 Units (14th Jan) 150 Units (18th Jan) 80 Units (25th Jan) Current Pre-Orders 160 Units
OLL XL - White - 38 Units (14th Jan) 100 Units (18th Jan) 50 Units (25th Jan) Current Pre-Orders 145 Units

All ETA's are a guide as anything can happen before then in these times. No other ETA's are available at the minute even though we have more on. If you have an order on the system already it should be completed before the end of Jan.

The impression I’ve got is that there are too many orders to fill on the next batch so I suspect not, but Robbie will need to confirm.
 
If I ordered fans yesterday does that mean I should expect to receive an email saying they will be dispatched soon since the site is saying they are in stock?

Asking because I rung yesterday and I was told 10th Feb so that would be a massive bonus.

The 120mm fans are being booked in still but we now have all the stock for the pre-orders in stock. Shipping emails will be through soon.

White Galahad anything up to the 14th should be completed on this batch and anything after that will be the end of the month. Any orders placed from now on will not be covered until mid-End of Feb.

Plenty of cable kits still remaining and landing in the end of Jan stock.
