Any chance you could confirm if the SL140 fans are definitely due in today (if not already) and when dispatch is likely mate?
Be great to have these before Xmas to get the build done!

I'm starting to feel like Boris Johnson at the moment with these deliveries. I have some really bad news our courier forwarders have messaged with a delay. I'm not sure if it's related to the border issues or not but it seems that it is delayed till the 4th Jan. If it changes or even better improves I will comment on here.

@Robbie_G nooooo, sorry could you clarify which SKUs this is effecting?
I thought by your previous post you meant the SL140s were in the warehouse and just needed booking in and shipping out.
As you can tell I thought they were here today as I was not forwarded any info until I emailed them this morning to get it booked in.
This delivery delay will cause issues to Galahad coolers and 140mm Uni fans. It will also cause delay to any lian li case not in stock at the moment.
All I have from my warehouse is that it's the 4th now at the earliest but they are trying to get more information. I guess the time of year and small delays at port. We have 3 holiday days and 4 weekend days in the period up to the 4th Jan which for shipping does not help. .

Apologies for the lack of responses I have been off since Christmas Eve. We have had delays due to the time of year and other issues out of our control.
The 120mm fans we are just waiting for our team to book them in.
The other stuff we are expecting delivery Thursday this week I'm being told but they still need to be booked in so it could be next week for stock shipments.
As I was off some orders may have been forced through by other staff but this should not have happened as I was doing date order. We do have some stock currently but it's all assigned to orders with other items out of stock so this could be holding up your shipment.
We do not have much of the 360mm White Galahad coolers coming in on this batch but we have more landing at the end of the month to complete back orders. Apologies we don't have enough stock landing now this was my fault as I expected more people to order black and not white so I under ordered. The cut off on the first batch of 360mm White will be around the 14th Dec the remaining will be in the second batch.
Apologies again for delays trying to track anything at the minute is a nightmare but hopefully all will be sorted this week.

We have enough fans coming in stock it's only the 360mm white galahad coolers that have the issues.
I will ask the head of sales in regards to the backordering of items. I just assumed this is why they hadn't shipped.

I can tell you we have your fan stock on hold. You are 3rd in line for the cooler and 4th in line for the case so you will be getting your stock shortly. The stock on the Coolers has been a painful process so this has caused delays for everyone.

Some people may cancel as they get tired of waiting for them. They may not be on here where they can see the updates.
The ARGB cable kit will be end of Jan.
We are currently working 24 hours but DPD leave at 7pm. If you get an email after say 6.30pm it means that it probably won't get to DPD till the day after. If DPD do have the item tracking will update in the morning usually.

Hi we have stock to complete order OC4174320 so hopefully that will ship soon and I have cancelled order OC4166042.
