Lian Li PC-C33B

thanks that does help as it looks very similar from what i've seen on lian li's website.
it's a lot easier to imagine once you have seen it with components in it and i think you have made my mind up for this instead of the antec i was thinking about :)

one of my main concerns was the height as i'm planning on keeping my msi 2600xt from my current htpc and its the one with the passive heatpipe cooler and was worried about clearance as the pipes comes over the card but it appears that theres plenty of space

got my Lian Li PC-C33B today :) and even though it does not come with the ir remote stated in the description :( it still seems like a really nice case and i am happy with it.
will try an get it all put together over the weekend and get some pics uploaded :)

how are you finding it for cooling and noise? toying with going for an htpc style case but main worries are whether it would be roomy enough and silent enough for 3 hdds, x650 seasonic psu. low power gfx such as 4550 or 5450 when its out. i5 750 cpu, h50 cooler

i have a build log here with pics and all the details :)

there are 3 3.5 internal drive bays so they will fit easily and it runs quieter than my ps3, as soon as there is any ambient noise you cant hear it.
i dont think there is really anywhere to put the h50 cooler though
sorry for not noticing your post and getting back to you earlier :)

I was really interested in one these cases..
But it doesn't look like i be able fit a GTX 580 in this case going by the pictures linked to in this thread....:(

O-well looks like am going have to carry on searching for a HTPC case that can take full length GPU cards..

i had mine running with a mini ninja passively, a passive graphics card, scythe low RPM fans and 4x samsung F1's. the noisiest bit was on boot up when the drives span up.
