Libreoffice fonts problem?

Anyone using Libreoffice and finding all the fonts not looking right a bit blurry, hard to focus on any writing? I thought it was my eyes but opening the same file on Microsoft it's clear as days.

Have a look for articles on how to reload the fonts and/or clear the font cache.

Short of reinstalling LibreOffice that should sort it.
