Is LibreOffice now better than OpenOffice, or is it best to stick with OpenOffice for the time being?

What is the general opinion on it?

LibreOffice is probably the one to go for now. Oracle took a greater say in OpenOffice so the OO developers left to form LibreOffice.

I use Libre office.

Great.

Sod Open office and Oracle.

Libre Office is Open Office, just the unfettered version. In other words, its the more 'open' and 'innovative' of the two!

There is one bug in LO that is annoying me at the moment.

No problem in Portable LO though.

Oh, and I like the fact that LO now uses commas instead of semi-colons.
