Yeah I remember that one. This one was apparently an internal Libyan flight that ended up diverted to Malta though

By this point I'd be surprised if there is any ordinary citizen in Libya that doesn't miss him. They now have two different parliaments both claiming to be in charge, three governments in total and are basically a war zone. Oh, and ISIS leaders are now retreating into it because why not?
I imagine that most Iraqis miss Sadham as well.
