Anyway regardless. 60euro fine then a 30 day ban handed out some 4 months later is harsh.

are the "on the spot" fines paid in cash? you said there's corruption, maybe the officer just pocketed the cash so he's got the ban from a failure to pay? :\

not entirely sure, but they have a record of the fine being paid. It was just deemed for whatever reason not strong enough. Feel sorry for my old man tbh.
