License Question

Hi all

I have 3 points on my license (SP30) and I got these in Dec 03 so they have been on just over 4 years.

Am i right in that even though these are still on, because they are over 4 years they don't count?

The procedure to remove the points seems to be to just apply for a new license...

I also probably should change my address as it's my old address.

Do you think I can change my address and get the points removed for free?

Yes and yes. If caught providing/leaving the wrong address you can be fined a lot btw.

I didn't falsify anything... I was meaning where does it say that you can be fined under what conditions?

But I live in different places sometimes. My mail goes to all sorts of places....
