Thanks, feedback is appreciated. The movement seems to be so ingrained into me now, I'll just have to keep trying to not hip rise.

Few more weeks then I will give rack pulls ago. Can't remember why you said they would be interesting to do.

Changed things around this week so legs came round earlier.

Started off with some soft tissue work on those tight spots and opening up the shoulders/pecs. Helped a lot, and my hands on bar was much stronger today and even had my wrists straight.

Squats
BARxsomex2
70x10
90x6
100x3
120x2
150x1
165x5 - I was being too cautious I think so reps were slow and sticking point was hitting me hard.
165x5 - Sped things up and power was much better.
165x5 - Filmed the knees, they didn't look too bad considering it was the last set. Left knee is weaker for sure.
Had to play around with the catchers and decided to drop them down on the last set. Need to get used to the lower height.

DBSS (per leg)
BWx10
18x10 x3

Reverse Offset Lunges (per leg)
15x10 x3

Glute Med Band Work

Video of my 3 squat working sets.

the email i sent you with all the parts to make that box will be strong enough, as long as your not slamming the weight's down on it!

Also doesnt your rack have really good catcher selection all the way down, so rack pulls for you can be done from the rack?

I think the problem with the rack is it will **** the bar. However saying that my catchers are flat, thick and have 1" of rubber on them so....

You can see them here - http://i.imgur.com/AhMVc.jpg

Chest again tonight, the plan was to improve on Friday's lifts despite the reduced recovery time.

Paused Bench Press
BARxlots x2
60x8
80x3
100x1
110x1
125x5 - this was 120 on friday, so stepping up. Felt pretty tough.
127.5x5 - caught the catchers on the 3rd rep and ended up not pausing on the 4th.
127.5x4 - it was a big ask to do 5, pleased with 4. I'll nail this next week for sure.

Normal Bench
100x8
110x8
110x9 - nice progress from Friday (110x6+f)

Dips
30x8 - ditched 20x8 as the first set
40x8 - went for 40 for 8 instead of 50x6 that I did on Friday
40x8 - pump is getting intense.

CGBP
80x8 - moved up from 70x8 for first set
90x8 - 10kg over last week for 2nd set
100x5+f - failed the 6th, but I wasn't expecting 8 after all the press, 20kg over the 3rd set last week

Diamond Press ups

12, 15, 13+f - more than last week, dat pump.

mmmm chest pump

I think I made some gains tonight.

Usual mobility to warm up.

Paused Deads
70x7 (RDL)
100x3
120x3
150x2
170x3
170x3
170x3
Kept the weight at 170. I'm finding it hard to not move my hips first but I was trying hard. Video of 3 170 sets below. 3rd set I was obviously fatigued. My brother was giving commands, not sure why he was saying press lol.

Paused Squats
70x7
100x3
120x3
140x3
150x3
150x3 - nice long pause on the last one. Happy with these, more weight next week. Video of 150 sets below.

Single Arm DB Rows
54x10/10
59x9/9 - grip is struggling on left hand - video of my right arm set below.
59x10/5 - grip went on left hand

Chins
BWx8,8,8

Wide Pull ups
Bwx6,5+f - no pulling power left.

Any improvement ice? I find it tricky to spot.

I think they look pretty.

Rows. Form isn't ideal, lots of movement in the shoulder and scap. Power was good.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I see what you mean, I'll have a play around next week with it.

Squats were feeling good yesterday.

Speaking of the garage, I took a couple pics last night. I've added a shelf of legends, which I will be hanging bands from soon. Chains are still planned.

They are 2 pics...

Bro down shall be arranged. Just need to get into the swing of training and make some decent progress. I'm away for 2 weeks in June on a cruise, although I have access to a gym on board to do various bits. DBSS on a ship during rough seas, stability gains.
