Lies of P

Fable art of wrench and baton handle killed the nameless puppet first phase with one hit. Second phase was a pain in the ass. Had to perfect parry to stand a chance.
 
I’ve just got the wrench and baton handle and it is indeed op

Managed to kill the act 3 boss on my second attempt, thought it was pretty easy compared to the first few
 
Managed to beat the act 4 and 5 bosses quite easily, although the king of puppets second phase was a bit of a pain. Ended up using the spectre and hammered him whilst he was focused on him instead of me

Still really enjoying this, although I hated the cathedral act, lost count of the amount of times I fell from the top of the roof :D
 
Picked up the game again on the PS5 after selling the Xbox, Instantly found the perfect guard a lot easier on the PS5 pad. Just got all the trophies, excellent game and loved the story. Looking forward to the DLC.
 
Finally completed it this morning, great game and really enjoyed it

Opted to not give him my heart and beat the nameless puppet on my 7th/8th try

Looking forward to the dlc!
 
Well I finished it last week and went straight into NG+ despite having Dead Space on my backlog. Just the right difficulty for me on NG as there were a few points where I had to re-think and retry, but no infuriating walls. Great game!

I'd say play it on Game Pass, it's very good but to buy I'd wait for a better price.

Edit: That's assuming you can play on game pass and not restricted to PS5. In which case I would still shop around as I've seen it for £35 new

Finished the game from gamepass


Pretty decent, give it 8/10. I'm now playing lords of the fallen and lies of PBIs better than lords of the fallen

I need to make a start on NG+, lost the motivation slightly but did really enjoy the game and would also enjoy it being slightly more difficult

Do you keep your weapons in NG+ ?

Yes you keep everything apart from key story items. I bought all the rare upgrade items from Polendina and the other one near venigni before starting ng+

So far I would say it is generally easier than ng although some enemies hit you hard. You get loads more ergo to level up and the there is a new p-organ section which helps a lot too.
