I'll probably be finishing Mass Effect 2 this weekend, bit sad really as ME1 & 2 for me are the best 2 games I've ever played.

I suppose I'd better start looking for another game to play. The choices I've whittled it down to are:

Play through both ME 1 & 2 again, with a different class & path(play a renagade this time)

Fallout 3 played a few hours, seemed ok, so I might give it some more time.

The Witcher(Enhanced) Really liked it but the 1st boss (the beast) is really frustrating me and I can't get past it, which has put a bit of a dampener on it really.

Buy Dragon Age. Another Bioware game, they seem to be doing some really good RPG's at the moment so I might just throw my money at them and get DA & the expansion.

What do you guys think?

Complte the witcher it's an amazing game if your on normal try restarting the game on easy since your not too far in anyway then go for Dragon Age which is just as epic

A lot of people seem to have trouble with the Beast, make sure you use the game mechanics to their fullest, like making potions! Its easy when you do. Such a great game.

Dragon age is only good on hard, its far too easy on normal, except for some boss fightes when, i hate to admit it but, i went for easy once or twice.

Definitely Dragon Age. You'll feel like you are playing ME1 for an hour or so, but then it becomes it's own game.

Play the vanilla once, and then start downloading mods. :)

Playing the Witcher on hard atm. Find myself bashing my head against the wall for not saving often enough :( And yeah - the Beast was utter PITA, but managed to defeat it with a stroke of luck.

Cant recomend the Whitcher Enhanced enough, looks beautifull for such a small developer. Slow to start, but gets very very good after the first area, was more enjoyable than dragon age for me......../fleee

Have you got the available ME2 DLC - Overlord, Kasumi? If not, do get them.
Also, Lair of the Shadow Broker might be coming in the next few weeks.

What about ME1 bring down the sky (forget pinnacle station - not worth it).

Definitely replay the games with a different gender and class.

not forgetting that there will be the follow on from the witcher and fallout soon (well at least fallout anyway). Loved playing witcher, and as said before make the potions and the boss is more do-able. I havnt played that game in a very long time and i still remember the boss you are talking about. Think I did it by running away for a lot of it :D

I finished it last night. Still don't get what the fuss about. Not a bad game but fair from "best ever". The combat a bit dodgy and the scanning and hacking very very tedious. Storyline was average, hardly original.

Dragon Age a fair better game!

I don't think you'd go wrong with either Dragon Age or Witcher. The Witcher I couldn't get away with though, the control and combat system just had be raging, but the story was good and if you can get away with the controls it's probably a great game. Should maybe get Fallout 3 some more time - depends where you got to really, if you already played a bit and it wasn't really grabbing you, then you might not enjoy the rest of the game as it's more of the same. Dragon Age was an excellent game, but it's autosaving is a nightmare and there was more than a few times I'd have to restart a whole area again because I died. I found the squad control system annoying too, and the computer player to be terrible at healing properly.

How do you change the difficulty on The Witcher? Can't find it in the options, is it something I'd have to change in the game folder?

I finished ME2 last night, really good ending with a terrific and terrifying end boss, not something you see very often in today's games.

Going to start my renegade/******* run now.
