A Subaru Impreza in the hands of a disqualified driver high on drink and drugs may as well be a gun.

Many disqualified drivers flout bans as we have seen here and it cost someone their life.

I believe the father when he says he would hang for what he would do.

You could drive a Dawe..sorry, Chevrolet Matiz through a housing estate at 90 and have the same effect.

Any vehicle is a weapon in the wrong hands.

I guess it has the potential to be much worse, much more quickly in a more capable machine, mind.

One of my mates knows him somehow, he sounds like a right door knob, apparently he has been getting a hard time in prison - which is a plus.
