Isn't the OP a train driver though? UK train drivers have a habit of ignoring red signals!
When you couple two together though it's very difficult to get them apart, let's hope the OP has pushed the throttle in the other direction.

Yup spot the red signals and if need be derail. Because a head on collision with the crazy train is not pretty. I dated a girl who used to attack me and accuse me of having wandering eyes and one night after her going nuts and trying to kick me into the TV i snapped and picked her up and held her up like a wrestling press!
Her face turned pure white and i realised after we split and things had calmed down that she was just repeating her childhood where she had to get attention off thier violent father.
