actually, because we had a long distance relationship (met at a wedding, she lived in dublin, me in exeter) we did a lot of talking via msn....

...so i proposed over msn :D (geek, i know)

i WAS gonna wait til the weekend when we were out with our friends, but she said she was glad i asked the way i did because it means more to us :D

whatever- IM HAPPY!

Have you inquired yet about parole? Time off for good behaviour? An appeal, maybe?

Or considered escape routes and a new identity?

Would it not have been best to have done it in person, even if you only see each other rarely? :p

Just hope the fact you dont see much of each other wont be spoiled when you come to live together ;)

we have lived together for ages now, but it was a long distance thing at the beginning
 
Congrats fella :), im still umm'ing and ahh'ing about when to do mine...hopefully this xmas ill finally have the chance to pop over to NYC to ask her the dreaded question:p.
