Lifes little inventions that are taken for granted.

Clicky pens... the ball points where you press the button and the nib shoots out or in. I've always thought whoever invented them was a genius... so simple yet so useful.

Also the ringpull tab on cans.

Yep, a simple object seen in day to day living, influenced the backbone of civilisation and what we have and its still used today.

Wheel for travel, grinding wheat etc, waterwheels for mills etc etc...all helped us get where we are today.
 
The radio,
The Personal Computer,
Cell Phones,
Jump Leads,
Glass, I mean where would we be today if there was no such thing as glass? :o
