how does it work

I bought 2 years ago raiden Avexir 16gb 4x4gb DDR4 plasma modules, now one of the sticks does not light up, the plasma light flashes on pc start up and then dies, now the life time warranty handled by ocuk, how will they help me if the product is no longer for sale?

i knew i shouldnt of bought plasma modules coz eventually the lights would have died, its not reliable as led

will i have to send one module back for repair? as a repair is not possible, they cant replace as its discontinued stock! so will i have to send all back or how can this be fixed??

I had some DDR2 that started breaking that had lifetime warranty. I had to send it to the manufacturer and paid for the return shipping. They said they didn't have any more, so would give me the current value. I pointed out this was now more then what I'd paid a few years previously. They then suddenly found some.

in my case it states on the order page that OCUK deals with the warranty so not sure what they will do, also its worth more now than what i paid 2 years ago, i just want a single ,module replacement but i have a feeling im gonna face a nightmare with OCUK in trying to resolve this issue.
