Light bleed. Should I return?

Hey guys. I bought a Asus pb278qr and noticed the bottom corner was off shade on my desktop background. So I waited till midnight to take a picture.... what do you think?

The thing is the monitor was a B Grade from overclockers and it wasn't mention that it was returned for light bleed. Surely they should allow me to return it for this because it's so bad it effects dark colours not just blacks.

Before returning it, make sure you don't have the brightness set way high.

I have the brightness set to around 35.

Yeah I think I'll be returning it, its so bad its visible in the middle of the day on a landscape desktop background.

How about taking a NOT OVER EXPOSED BY A QUARTER MILE photo.

Take a photo as close as you can to what you see with your eyes.

I'm not sure what you're getting at? This was a picture taken from my chair at head height on a pure black image.

He means the camera picture makes the light bleed look far worst then what you see when your looking at the monitor

Just set your camera to a fast photo, more than 1/60.

Adjust it in a photo editing programme.

He likely took it with his phone.
So therefor he cant as the photos arent in RAW format.
