Hi guys, i was just wondering if there is anyway that i could hook up my case lights to my spare fan controller ( its a 3 stage controller ) connector so that when my fans get faster/brighter my case lights also get brighter, is it just a case of cutting into the wire and connecting them up ?

Depends on the lights. LEDs respond well enough to a drop in voltage and will dim as you drop the voltage. CCFLs on the other hand don't.

Also depends how the lights are wired to the power supply.
